The 30 days

Day one -  Did 28 of the most hellish modified burpees ever.

Day two - Jump squats x6, 4 failed reverse pushups, 10 ok real pushups, 6 rounds of high knees and bicycle crunches.  I didn't count them.

Day five - 3 rounds.  Sultana Pushups, half burpees (she's obsessed), and jump lunges.  Each done for 15 seconds in three rounds.
